Project BeSafeShop.eu for MAKITO

At the beginning of May 2020, Makito approached us with interest in building and operating an e-shop solution for their distributors. The goal was firstly to offer a smaller and cheap solution with a few dozens of "COVID" products that Makito distributors can quickly adapt and adopt. And then they will be able to move to a full-fledged e-shop with the entire Makito range. We clarified the main requirements very quickly and at the end of May signed a contract with exclusivity for thematic "COVID" e-shops until the end of 2020.
We then prepared the entire project in about 5 weeks:

At the end of June 2020, the project was launched, and Makito began promoting to its distributors, firstly in Spain. Other countries gradually follow (Portugal, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy).

The main advantages and functions of the TronShop platform

Realization of WHITE-LABEL project

It all starts with the integration of your product range into our TronCloud data platform. Once you are integrated (products, prices, warehouses, print technology, etc.), it is possible to synchronize your range to the TronShop platform and individual e-shops.

At the beginning, you must decide what your version of the WHITE-LABEL e-shop for your distributors should look like (design, style, navigation, categories, etc.) + what it should contain (products, e-mails, articles, etc.) + what else it should be able to do (e.g. connection to your ERP system, etc.).

Subsequently, we will create a so-called SAMPLE E-SHOP and develop all the required new functions or change the existing functionality to suit your requirements. This sample e-shop will then serve as a template for all e-shops for your distributors. Once the sample e-shop is ready, it is possible to start creating "copies" and custom e-shops for individual distributors.

It will take us about 2-3 hours to create a new individual e-shop from design, including customization for the distributor (setting colours, logos, contacts, etc.). The distributor then gets his login details and can start selling immediately and also further modify the shop = the shop goes fully under their management.

Our technology is fully cloud-based and infinitely scalable. We are ready to run thousands of e-shops around the world. In a few minutes, we can increase the performance of the entire platform by tens, hundreds or even thousands of computing cores (CPUs).

Our cloud infrastructure allows us to run an unlimited number of so-called "TronShop clusters", everyone can be in a different country or even on a different continent. In this way, we can always be as close as possible to end-users and ensure the highest speed and the resulting shopping experience. Building an extra "cluster" in a different location than the one we already operate is always a matter of individual agreement.

Security and reliability of WHITE-LABEL solution

Each e-shop has its own database, which ensures data protection - each distributor always has access to his own data and can never access someone else's data. The data in the databases are encrypted. The databases of e-shops are backed up several times a day to a geographically different location, of course again encrypted.

We always have at least two database servers in geographically different locations to ensure the fastest possible transition in the event of an outage. As long as our provider's cloud service (Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud) is available, our services will also be available.
