TronLogo v1.2 status and plans of the future development

TronLogo v1.2 service after approx. 1.5 year of development and provides the features that have been chosen by our experts and will be appreciated and help to your customers. As well the TronLogo will save work of your sales, production and DTP department, even the current functionality is far from 100% digitization of the entire DTP graphic process and automated printing data generating yet. The list below contains a brief list of the main features, that TronLogo already contains:

• Multilinguality and customization
  • multilangual, now is the service availible in 4 languages ​​(English, German, Polish and Czech) , others will be added according to the distributors' interest
  • visually customizable - the ability to customize the colors of the entire environment and all of the TronLogo windows to match with your webshop colors as much as possible
  • you can set up all details (company name, address, contacts, logo, etc.) so that all communication will be realized under your company name
• Logo processing and transformations
  • automatic conversion of vector formats (CDR, AI, EPS, PDF, etc.) to hi-resolution raster images for the visualization
  • automated cropping of blank (white / transparent) logo parts including the background detection and its cropping from non-transparent images
  • automated generating of monochromatic Black and monochromatic White logo variants
  • preview of processed logos and its generated black / white variants for user's reject or approval
  • option to reject logo and send failed logo to your DTP department
  • tool for your DTP department where the graphic designers can download original logos, uploaded by client and process and upload the correct PNGs for the client manually, including automated notification, that the logo has been processed and the customer can continue work with the visualization
• User's logo gallery
  • each approved logo will be saved in a user's personal gallery and it will be available without necessity to log-in (gallery is tied to computer and browser)
  • gallery for an unlimited number of logos and themes created in the editor (see below) + easy switch what logo/theme should be automatically visualized
  • support for individual content sorting of the gallery
• Automated 3D visualization
  • more than 25,000 real product photos available for automated visualization of the logo / theme (no flat images, TronLogo places the logo / theme in 3D directly on the supplier's product image setted in the system)
  • automated object color detection vs. logo / theme colors and black / white auto-switch on the non contrast backround
  • advanced configuration of the visualization allowing part of the logo / theme to be displayed under the handles of bags, handles, etc.
  • visualizations of original logo / theme colors or of its monochromatic black / white variant (simulation of printing technologies such as blind embossing, embroidery, etc. will be available in the future versions of the TronLogo tool)
• Print Graphic Editor
  • a web-based online editor that allows you to design various artworks with different graphic elements and create a final printing motive for the given product (you can add logo, text, lines, frames, etc.)
  • designate a defined print area on the products, so that the graphic cannot go outside the designated print zone - yet support only 1 & nbsp; default print area based on supplier's data (multiple print zones selection will be available in future TronLogo versions)
  • real-time visualization of any change, made in the editor directly on the product photo in 3D
  • automated calculation of approx. graphic (theme) size
  • redo and undo support and magnet / guides Support (auto object snapping)
  • Possibility to save the theme to the gallery for visualization on other subjects loading the theme from the gallery back for editing
  • zooming the entire editor area including scrolling content and zooming and scrolling photos with real-time theme visualization
• PDF print visualization file
  • Generating of PDF visualization file containing basic product data, 3D visualization on product photo, pure 2D raster graphics, max. print area size and artwork size (vector data will be available in future versions of TronLogo)
  • Possibility of PDF visualization file visual and content customization - custom logo (bar top), color settings, bottom bar with explanation what to do with visualization, contact information in footer,
  • sending visualization on customer's e-mail including sending the copy for you (business lead) containing instructions how to add missing information (eg Pantone colors) and confirm visualization (to get the approval email from the client )
  • download of all original files uploaded by the client that are included in PDF visualization file (vector resource access)
• Admin Portal
  • overview and advanced search of all created visualizations and artworks with the ability to download related original data uploaded by users
  • overview and advanced search of all logos, that failed during its processing
  • an overview of all logos of visitors and users of your e-shop, they uploaded (usable as a potential business lead)
  • administration DTP portal for manual processing of failed logos and upload of created PNGs back into the portal for visualization)
  • setup of the entire TronLogo service and all features (visual customization, contact emails, company details, suppliers' selection, etc.)

The long-term goal of TronLogo is the digitization of pre-print graphic preparation and the entire DTP process so any customer can design his print motive without any knowledge directly and online, meanwhile on the other side of the chain, the finished, checked, vector and printing will data"drop out" and this file will be possible to send directly for the production. However, this ultimate goal needs several years of demanding and expensive research and development. Meanwhile, we want to expand and improve the application to help and solve essential sub-parts of the process and save time and money.

• Selection of printing positions and technologies
  Our goal is that the customer will be able to choose any printing position and also any printing technology which product offers. Accordingly, he will work within the specified max. print area (based on position and technology) in which he can design his own artwork in the editor. TronLogo will take care of the rest. It will be possible to design more different products, more positions, and more technologies within one PDF proofreading at the same time.
• Work with the Pantone and CMYK colors
  During the logo processing the system will be able to generate the count and type of the colors and the customer will be allowed to choose from the various color alternatives based on the logo. Throughout the during the following work in the editor, he will be able to with specific Pantone or CMYK colors, which will then be part of the PDF proofreading. The system will also have information about the maximum number of colors considering chosen print positions and technologies, and will not allow to design a theme that cannot be printed.
• Realistic visualization of printing technology
  We will extend our engine to simulate and visualize properly different printing technologies such as embossing, laser engraving, embroidery, etc. We aim on making the visualization to look as realistic as possible and avoid unnecessary misunderstanding when the visualization in full colors does not correspond subsequently to eg the motive produced by the excavation. For some technologies (primarily laser engraving), we will also need synergies with suppliers to receive information/data which color will appear after engraving.
• Visualization on your own Products
  Currently, TronLogo and visualizations work exclusively on products of the suppliers, integrated in our TronCloud platform based on manually configured visualization for each product. In upcoming years we will integrate most of the medium and large suppliers within the EU but some distributors can sell or manufacture their own goods. That why we want to modify our technology to enable every single distributor to be able to use TronLogo visualization and functionality on their own products, outside of our platform.
• Extended PDF visualization file customization
  Different distributors requires PDF proofs in the different ways and often with the product visualization itself, they also send, for example, terms and conditions and various supplementary information directly in a PDF file containing the proofreading. Therefore, we will extend the customization options to make it possible to change the look and content of PDF proofreading, including the ability to add and link the PDF, generated by TronLogo with other PDF documents. We will also allow you to generate customized product sheets that represent the product and its visualization.
• Extended functions of artwork gallery
  Especially for the advertising agencies, we want to extend the logo gallery, so the will be able to group, name and sort logos / artworks - so the TronLogo can be used as a media manager for all logos and corporate identities for hundreds and thousands of their clients. As well, we plan to expand the gallery with the option to create an account, so that the customer can access his logo gallery from any computer and browser. We also want to link the gallery to the e-shop. Anytime, when the user logs in to the webshop, his gallery will be automatically accessible even if he is not logged in and comes from another address/ PC.
• Print Calculators directly in the editor
  Within the PromoTron platform, we're preparing a universal calculator engine. Any e-shop can be easily extended with this functionality of online printing cost calculator for all products, printing positions, and technologies unless you need to implement this data into your webshop. Our goal will be to integrate this functionality directly into the TronLogo tool, so everybody will be able to see directly in the editor, after the choosing of the positions and technologies, how much does it cost and how the changes involved the price of the product and printing. Of course, everything will be working using your individual pricing policy.
• Vector data and everything in curves
  The existing service works with raster data only, which means that the final print data still has to be prepared manually by the graphic designer, even if they get better information and data. Our goal is that the customers to will upload print and vector data in the right colors (Pantone / CMYK), and the TronLogo tool will be able to work with them throughout the whole process including the editor, so the final PDF proofreading will already include the final graphics data in the vectors and curves and in the right colors. Then the graphic designer will only make a quick check and it will be not necessary to process most of the motives manually.
• Integration with your webshop
  In the current version of the TronLogo, the process of the visualization and order process and maybe for some customers a bit confusing. Our goal is to integrate TronLogo with your webshop so your customers will be able to realize the visualization directly during the calculation/order process. It will be not necessary to send anything by e-mail and your e-shop will recognize, that the given product in the order is related to the given visualization.
• Integrating with your CRM / ERP systems
  To minimize the involvement of the TronLogo usage to your existing business processes, our goal is to allow you to get all the data, you need directly into your systems. Your employees will see in your ordering system, for example, the order card, that there is a TronLogo visualization and within one click only, they will be able to access client previews, printing data, and source files.
• Vizualization API service
  Visualizing of the customer's logo on a product has a greater potential than just displaying on it in your shop. Its strength and potential are hidden in personalized marketing. Imagine, that you will be able to new products to each customer branded with their logo in the email right on the newsletter. No human work needed. We plan to create a visualization API that will allow technically savvy companies the power of our visualization engine to be used outside of the webshops considering their marketing activities and distinguish themselves from others.
• REAL 3D Visualization
  The current visualization technology doesn't work with a full-fledged 3D product model and it only simulates 3D, including some limitations. On some more sophisticated subjects, the visualization does not look quite realistic. In case of interest from importers' and distributors' side, we are able to convert the entire technology into a full-fledged 3D, create a generic 3D model for each subject, allowing 100% realistic visualization and the ability to move the print across its entire surface.
• Customizable printing data for the printing houses
  Every printing house, no matter if it is small or large printing, can work a bit differently and transmit production and print data in various formats and designs. Today, this work is done by the graphic designers who know the exact process of "their printing house" and make the data tailor-made for them. However, even our software can do this. In the future, when we will able to truly work with vector data, we can customize it - our goal is to be able to generate printing data tailored to any printing house worldwide, so that will be no longer necessary to interfere with graphic designers at all or to use them just as controllers.

This table provides a general overview of the importers, suppliers, and manufacturers, who are already integrated into the TronCloud platform and whose goods are or will be configured for the TronLogo tool. You can see the status of the processing rate of the products in case of each supplier immediately in real time (ie how many products are available in the TronLogo service). TronLogo was designed with regard of the easy IT implementation and deployment into any webshop. The concept is similar to Google Analytics = you just insert a control script into the webshop code, then you insert two control elements into 2 places (typically product list + product detail) and everywhere, where you want to visualize the logo images, you tag them with several identification data (supplier code, product code, etc.).

We have prepared a detailed implementation manual for your IT department or IT supplier, including the samples. The scope of implementation depends on you (where the visualization works). Typically, the whole deployment takes between 20-40 minutes of a programmer's time (in case he understands the webshop program and code).

The possibilities and ways to integrate TronLogo with ERP and CRM systems will be developed primarily based on the feedback and your specific needs, as our customers. Before we have feedback enough and till we all the technical requirements clarified (some standardization will have to be created), we have prepared the first integration method. This will ensure that whenever a customer sends a visualization to his e-mail, the TronLogo system sends a simple HTTP notification to the HTTP address o has been realized (customers e-mail, visualization ID, product code, authorization key, etc.).

With this integration, you can store all your visualizations directly into your system and work with the leads anytime you need. The main benefit of this integration is the ability to display information about existing visualizations directly in the ORDER DETAIL and directly in your system (based on the matching of e-mails in the visualization and in the order).
