Show the Logo on the Product, Before the Artwork Exists.

A virtual-sample service for the webshops and catalogues of promotional-products distributors.

  • Customers upload a logo and see it on supported products
  • The active logo carries across the supported catalogue
  • The result leaves as a branded PDF, with the source files behind it
A personalisation shop on a tablet, its catalogue filtered by drinkware, textiles, bags, office and outdoor: a bottle, a t-shirt, a mug, a tote bag, a notebook and a cap, each priced, each offered in several colours and each already carrying the same uploaded customer logo. Beside it a panel where the logo is dropped in as PNG, SVG, AI or PDF, confirming that it is applied automatically, ready on every product and previewed realistically — and in front of the screen the same products as real objects, printed with that logo

Is this for me?

Made for the Teams That Show, Sell and Prepare Branded Products

If a customer's first question is what the item looks like with their logo on it, and answering it costs somebody an afternoon, this is what TronLogo was built for.

  • Distributors and Sales Teams

You quote promotional products, and the customer wants to see them branded before deciding.

    • Mock-ups requested before a product is settled
    • Customers comparing items from plain catalogue images
    • Logo files arriving after the decision, not before it
  • Merchandise Operators

You run visualisation across a catalogue and several customer channels.

    • Visualisation at scale across a supported catalogue
    • Customer logos and motives tied to account or order records
    • Events, APIs and webhooks into the systems you already run
  • DTP and Production Teams

You prepare the final artwork and want a better starting point than an emailed screenshot.

    • Original customer files rather than a picture of them
    • Flat artwork, virtual sample and print-area dimensions
    • Final production preparation still yours to control

The challenges we solve

A Catalogue Image Asks the Customer to Imagine the Result

Choosing a promotional product is a visual decision, and the picture that would settle it is usually the one nobody has time to make.

  • Customers Cannot Picture Their Own Branding

A plain product image shows the item, not the item with the customer's logo on it.

Their logo on the product images they browse

  • Early Mock-Ups Wait on Someone Else's Desk

Sales asks graphics for previews before the customer has even chosen a product.

Virtual samples without waiting for graphics

  • Logo Files Arrive After the Decision

The source file and print position usually arrive once the order is already placed.

Original customer files collected at the start

  • Small Print Changes Cost a Round of Emails

Moving or resizing a logo still travels between the customer, sales and graphics.

Customers adjust the logo placement themselves

How it works

What Happens Between the Upload and the Order

The whole sequence runs inside the shop the customer is already in. Nothing is emailed, and nothing waits for a mock-up request.

  1. Customer

    Upload the Logo

The customer opens the upload dialogue from a control on your product page and drops in the file they have.

  2. Customer

    Approve the Result

TronLogo prepares the available variants. The customer accepts the one that looks right, or rejects it and the file lands with your DTP team.

  3. Customer

    Compare the Products

The approved logo becomes the active one and appears on supported product images as the customer moves through the catalogue.

  4. Customer

    Adjust the Print

Where the standard placement is not what they want, the online editor changes the size, position, colour and rotation, and saves the motive.

  5. Together

    Send the Visualisation

A branded PDF goes to the customer's email address. A copy, or a link to the files, comes to you — with their email address attached.

  6. You

    Pick It Up in Production

Your graphics team opens the original file, the flat artwork, the virtual sample and the print-area dimensions, and prepares the production data from there.

Where it runs

Four Places, the Same Visualisation Engine

TronLogo runs in four places. The engine and the visualisation templates are the same in all four. What changes is where the customer meets it, whose products it runs on, and who does the implementation.

  • In every package

    TronShop

    TronShop

TronLogo and the online print editor run in every package, on the product pages of a shop whose products, suppliers and identifiers are already in place.

    What you gain

No integration project at all — TronCalculator sits beside it, so the customer can price what they just saw.

    See TronShop
  • On a Business licence

    TronManager

    TronManager

Virtual sampling inside the quotation workflow: a customer's logo shown on product images in the catalogue, in the offer, and in their own portal.

    What you gain

A salesperson shows the branded product inside the offer, instead of attaching a mock-up to it afterwards.

    See TronManager
  • Supplier add-on

    TronDesigner

    TronDesigner

Visualisation inside the design editor, on a supplier's own range rather than the shared catalogue — the products they have already prepared for designing.

    What it costs

An add-on on the TronDesigner supplier price list, priced by the visualisations a month.

  • Standalone licence

    Your own website or ERP

On your website, a cloud-hosted script with your own upload, gallery and editor controls. In your ERP or CRM, the logos and previews arrive through the API and webhooks.

    What it costs

Priced on request. The other cost is development on your side, to load the script and tag the images, or to connect your ERP.

FAQ

What Distributors Ask Before They Start

Will every product in my webshop be visualised automatically?

No. Automatic visualisation needs four things: the supplier connected to the PromoTron network, the product identified by supplier and supplier product code, the product templated for the visual engine, and the chosen print effect available for that product. On products that are not supported the controls hide themselves, so an unsupported item never shows a broken preview. Products or suppliers outside the network can be integrated and templated as a paid service.

Do the print-effect previews match the finished print?

They are visual indications, not physical proofs. Engraving, embossing and embroidery are simulated from the available product and print data, and how the finished item looks still depends on the material, the supplier and the production process. Treat a virtual sample as a sales aid that makes the choice concrete, not as a production sample.

Does this replace our DTP work?

No. What changes is where your graphics team starts: instead of a description and a chased-up email, they open the customer's original file, the flat artwork, the virtual sample and the print-area and artwork dimensions. Preparing the final production data is still work for people who know printing.

How long does a standalone implementation take?

Approximately four to six hours for a basic implementation, and typically two to three days for an advanced one that connects the cart, an API or an ERP. Both are indicative rather than a commitment, and a basic implementation needs development on your side. If you would rather skip that step, TronLogo is already integrated in every TronShop package.

Do customers have to create an account to upload a logo?

Not in the browser-based setup. Uploaded logos and saved motives stay available when the customer returns from the same computer and browser, so a first upload costs a visitor nothing but the file. Where you need logos tied to a customer record instead, the API and your own system can manage them.

Can the whole thing carry our branding?

Yes. The dialogue and button colours, your company logo and contacts, the PDF header and footer, your own process or marketing text, an optional watermark and the sender name are all configured in the administration portal, alongside the allowed domains and the supplier assignment.

How do we connect it to our cart, our CRM or our ERP?

Through a JavaScript event layer and a REST API. The events report what the customer does as it happens — a logo uploaded, a motive chosen, a visualisation created — so a saved motive can be attached to a cart or an order. JavaScript can also activate a particular logo, choose a motive for a product, or override a colour variant or a print effect. The API opens the DTP resources: the PDF visualisation, the flat artwork, the product virtual sample, the logo previews and the original uploaded files. Server webhooks push the same events to your systems, carrying the customer, product, supplier and resource identifiers.

Can we generate visualisations automatically, outside the shop?

Yes, through the Visualisation API. It generates a virtual sample for a chosen product and logo, and takes a known customer's logo into TronLogo, which is what makes personalised emails and campaigns possible. It is optional, charged separately and quota-based, so it is agreed with us rather than simply switched on.

Is there a plugin for PrestaShop or Magento?

For both, as source code. They cover the API key, the product identifiers, the placement of the controls and attaching a motive to an order. They were written by external developers and are supplied as-is: PromoTron does not provide technical support for the plugin or for the third-party platform itself, so treat them as a starting point your developer owns rather than a supported product.

For suppliers

For Suppliers: This Is Integration Level 3

A distributor's customer can only see their logo on your products if those products are prepared for visualisation. Preparing them is Level 3 of supplier integration. It builds on Level 2, because the print positions come from your print data.

  1. You send your product images

One product per image, with no branding already printed on it, and at least about 600 pixels on the shorter side.

  2. We set the print areas

We mark the decoration surface and the print areas on your own product images, in perspective, so a logo appears where it would really be printed.

  3. We use your print data

The print positions come from the print options already structured at Level 2, so nothing is described twice. This normally takes one to two weeks.

  4. Customers see their logo on it

A distributor's customer uploads a logo and sees it on your products before they order, instead of asking your team for a mock-up.
