    Branded Proofs and Production Files, From the Same Design

    The same design produces a branded PDF e-proof for whoever has to approve it, and print-ready output the production team can use directly. Both are produced in the editor itself, with no Adobe software or graphic skills required.

How it works

What Actually Happens in the Editor

The same five steps run whether an internal team, a distributor or an end-customer is at the keyboard. Which of them are already decided depends on how TronDesigner is called.

  1. Select the Product

    The product, variant, print position and technology either come from the system that opened the editor, or are chosen in the Data Selector.

  2. Upload the Logo

    A raster logo is vectorised, recoloured, cropped or cleared of its background — or picked from the logos already saved for that customer.

  3. Place It in the Print Area

    Artwork sits inside the configured printable surface, away from forbidden zones, and against the maximum print size and colour count the technology allows.

  4. See It on the Product

    A realistic visualisation shows the branding on the product image, so whoever has to approve it sees the result rather than a description of it.

  5. Take the Proof and the Print Data

    The design becomes a Print Job: a branded PDF e-proof, production-ready files, and an ID the calling webshop, ERP or CRM uses to pick them up.

What is TronDesigner?

TronDesigner by PromoTron is a Web2Print solution built specifically for the promotional-products and textiles industry. It automates the workflow from logo upload and product customisation, through branded e-proof creation, to production-ready print data.

Is TronDesigner different for suppliers and distributors?

It is one platform used for two different jobs. A supplier automates the artwork preparation behind incoming print orders and lets distributors proof for themselves; a distributor creates branded customer proofs across products from several suppliers without waiting on any of them. The editor is the same, the workflow around it is not — which is why each side has its own page.

Do I need graphic skills or Adobe software?

No. Logo upload, vectorization, recolouring, cropping, background removal, placement and proof creation are all built in, so artwork can be prepared without advanced graphic skills or Adobe applications.

Can TronDesigner work with products that have no print data yet?

Yes. Products with complete Web2Print data need the least setup, but TronDesigner also supports products with partial data, products with none at all, and custom products from outside the PromoTron catalogue. How much configuration is needed depends on what is already available.

How does TronDesigner connect to the systems we already use?

Through one of five documented scenarios: standalone with no integration, embedded in your own webshop, launched from an ERP or CRM, or activated natively inside TronManager or TronShop. Integrated scenarios open the editor through a Web Integration Script or a URL call, and return the result through JavaScript events, webhooks or the REST API.

What does TronDesigner cost?

It depends on which side of the order you are on, so each side has its own table: the supplier packages sit on the TronDesigner for suppliers page, the distributor packages on the TronDesigner for distributors page. Both are monthly packages, separated by how many Print Jobs and logo vectorisations are included each month, who designs alongside your team, and how far TronDesigner reaches into the systems you already run. The AI tools are priced separately as an add-on.
