White-label solutions
Give Your Distributors a Webshop Under Your Own Brand
PromoTron builds it on the TronShop platform and runs it in the background, so the only name on it is yours.
- No development, hosting or maintenance on your side
- Customised and connected to your CRM or ERP
- Three business models — including one that pays you a commission

White-label
Your Brand in Front, Our Platform Behind It
White-label means your distributors and their customers meet your name rather than ours. Everything that makes the shop work sits behind it.
See the TronShop platform- It carries your name
- Under your own brand, you give a distributor a webshop or a web catalogue stocked with your products. Nothing a visitor meets has to say where the technology came from.
- It fits your systems
- The solution can be customised well beyond the standard platform: connected to your CRM or ERP, set up so orders pass through automatically, and extended with functions built for your own project.
- We run it in the background
- The operation, the technology, the regular product data updates and the further development are ours. That is the part a supplier would otherwise have to build a department around.
Typical uses
Five Ways Suppliers Use It
One platform, set up differently depending on who the shop is for and how much of your range belongs in front of them.
Webshops for your distributors
A shop of its own for each distributor you supply, carrying your full product range under your brand.
Themed shops on a selection
A shop built around one theme, one season or one part of your range, rather than everything you sell.
Brandable web catalogues
A catalogue rather than a shop: your products presented online, branded for whoever is presenting them.
Portals for corporate clients
A shopping portal built for a single corporate company, showing the part of your range that account buys from.
A no-name catalogue
A universal catalogue carrying your products under no brand at all, for the cases where neither your name nor ours belongs on it.
Business models
Three Ways to Set the Cooperation Up
What separates them is who talks to your distributors, and what each side gets out of it. All three run on the same platform, so the choice is commercial rather than technical.
True white-label
- Everything takes place under your name, and your clients never meet PromoTron at all. We are the operator behind a service that is yours.
- Your brand on the shop and on the communication
- PromoTron operates the technology in the background
- No contact between PromoTron and your clients
Full outsourcing
- PromoTron does the work and deals with your distributors directly, so your own part of it stops after the introduction.
- You run the initial marketing
- Every other part of the work is ours
- Your clients receive a special discount
Affiliate
- Set up the same way as full outsourcing, with the commercial relationship the other way around: you are paid for the service instead of paying for it.
- A commission every month, for each active licence
- PromoTron deals with your distributors, as in full outsourcing
The platform
What Your Distributors Are Actually Getting
A white-label shop is a TronShop wearing your brand, so this is the product underneath it — described here exactly as it is described on our own homepage, because it is the same shop.

Membership
It Starts With Your Product Data
A white-label shop sells from your products, prices and stock, so integrating your assortment and services is one of the first things a project does. The membership page is where that connection is described level by level — from products, prices and stock through to print pricing, logo visualisation and order automation — and where the service that keeps it current is set out.
The project
A Basic Solution in About Two Weeks, a Larger One in Stages
Every white-label project starts by defining it together — what the service should be, what it should look like and what it should do. A basic solution on TronShop, with no changes to the platform, can be ready to offer your customers in about two weeks. A larger one is built in stages: basic functionality first, launch, then more functions once the interest is proven.

Preparation
We go through what is possible and what you need, define the goals and the properties of the project, agree the conditions and the price, and sign. Typically one to two weeks.
Development
Your assortment and services are integrated, a sample shop or catalogue and a presentation website are prepared, and any new functions and connections into your systems are built. Two weeks or more, depending on how much there is to build.
Operation
The official launch, then shops created for your distributors one after another, continuous support, new functions as they are needed, and adjustments made for your own customers.
Pricing
What a White-Label Project Costs
The price is quoted per project, because no two are the same size: it follows the complexity of the project, how much development it needs, and the volume of services and support you want from us. Whatever the figure, it is made up of the same three parts.
One-off initial cost
Preparing the project and developing the whole solution, with all of its functions and the connections into your systems. Charged once, at the start.
Monthly operating cost
Running the solution: the licences, the maintenance and the support provided. Charged every month, for as long as the service runs.
Individual cost
Anything asked for on top: further development, graphics, HTML and CSS work, and adjustments made for one of your own customers.
