Promo Campaigns

Promote Your Brand to Distributors Already on the Network

A Promo Campaign puts your products and your offer in front of PromoTron's distributors for a window you choose. You send the material once; we produce every element in your brand and run it across the platform, email and LinkedIn.

Network

A Network of Distributors Always Looking for Something New

They are sourcing every week, and your range is already connected and current. What is left is being in front of them at the moment they look.

  • A distributor has to find you first

Your range is searchable from the day it is connected. That works well for a distributor who already knows your name, and it is quiet for one who does not.

  • A new range arrives without an announcement

A launch, a season or a new category goes into the catalogue the same way as everything else already in it. Nothing on its own says it has arrived.

  • Advertising outside the industry starts from zero

Search and social spend most of a budget assembling an audience of distributors before any of it reaches one.

What a campaign adds

Reach an Audience That Is Already Sourcing

A Promo Campaign is a defined window of promotion to the distributors PromoTron has already brought together — people whose job is to source, quote and sell.

Reach without building an audience
The distributors are already on the network and already sourcing. What you pay for is being seen by them, rather than the work of finding them in the first place.
Visibility you can time
A campaign runs in a window you choose — around a launch, a season or a new range — instead of waiting for the moment a distributor happens to search for something like it.
Nothing to produce on your side
You send your logo, your product images and your offer once, and approve the result. Every email, post, banner and placement is built here, in your brand.

A campaign buys visibility and the opportunity to distribute, never guaranteed sales. What happens after a distributor sees your products is a conversation between the two of you.

Your offer

Every Campaign Runs on an Offer You Bring. What Counts?

The offer is the working part of a campaign: it is what gives a distributor a reason to act on what they have just seen. It is also the one thing we cannot produce for you.

An offer is what lifts your products above everything else a distributor is looking at that week. It does not have to be large — it has to be specific, and it has to be something they can act on while the campaign is still running.

Your chance to shine

  • A discount on a range or a category
  • Free or reduced shipping
  • A reduction on printing

The elements

Six Elements, All Native to the Network

None of these is built for a campaign. They are already part of the network, in front of distributors who are already there and already looking for suppliers. Which of them your campaign uses, and how much of each, is what separates the three packages.

  • Prioritised products

Your models lifted above others when distributors search and browse — 10, 25 or 100 of them, by package.

  • Dedicated emails

Your products and your offer, sent to the distributor network under your own brand.

  • LinkedIn

Posts to the network's followers, and LinkedIn emails direct to connected distributors.

  • Banners

The dashboard and the supplier section, where distributors spend their working time. Shared, or exclusively yours.

  • Pop-ups

One focused prompt on the dashboard or in the supplier section, single-occupancy for its window.

  • Website placements

Your brand on the PromoTron supplier page for the campaign month, and on the home page with Headline.

Membership

Campaigns Are Open to Members

A campaign promotes a range that is already connected and current, so membership is the condition for buying one. How deeply your data is connected then decides how far it goes: from integration level 3 upwards, a distributor can price your products with their branding on them without leaving the platform. Below that a campaign still runs, with a reduced effect.

How it works

From Your Material to a Live Campaign, in Six Steps

You send the material once and approve the result. Production, scheduling and placement across the network are ours. Setting a campaign up takes at least two weeks, and campaigns are booked against the slots still free, so a date is worth agreeing early rather than late.

  1. Choose your package

Pick the tier that matches the reach you want, and the yearly plan if you want three campaigns rather than one.

  2. Complete the material form

Your contact, your brand assets, your products, your offers, the timing you want and your consent — collected once, in one place.

  3. We produce the mockups

Every element in your package is built from the material you sent, in your brand, and sent back to you to look at.

  4. You approve

Nothing goes out before you have signed off. This step is entirely yours, and it is the one that settles whether your brand looks the way it should.

  5. We launch on your date

The campaign goes live in the window you asked for, subject to the placements still being free on it.

  6. You get a report each month

A report for every month the campaign is active, and a short summary once it has finished.

Pricing

Three Packages, Each Bought Once

Every package is a one-time purchase covering a defined campaign window. What changes between them is how long you are visible, how much of each element you get, and whether a placement is shared with other suppliers or exclusively yours. Prices in euros.

Plan the year's advertising budget in one decision: three campaigns of the same package, spread across the year, booked and paid up front. Available on Spotlight and Headline.

Yearly Spotlight

Three Spotlight campaigns across the year: twelve dedicated emails, six LinkedIn posts, three LinkedIn emails, and your brand on the supplier page for three months of the twelve.
  • 3 × 2-month campaigns, six active months
  • 90,000 email sends across the year
  • 25 models prioritised while a campaign runs

Save 20%

€3,096 for the year, instead of €3,870 booking three Spotlight campaigns one at a time

Yearly Headline

Three Headline campaigns across the year: eighteen dedicated emails, twelve LinkedIn posts, six LinkedIn emails, and your brand on both the home page and the supplier page for three months of the twelve.
  • 3 × 2-month campaigns, six active months
  • 135,000 email sends across the year
  • 100 models prioritised while a campaign runs

Save 25%

€5,153 for the year, instead of €6,870 booking three Headline campaigns one at a time

Banner and pop-up time is the total placement time across positions, not consecutive weeks. Headline placements are limited, so a yearly plan on it depends on the slots still being free. Book a meeting

Put Your Range in Front of Them

Tell us which package fits, when you want to be visible and what offer you can bring. We will check the slots, produce the mockups, and launch nothing until you have approved them.
