For suppliersI'm a distributor

For suppliers

Your products, in front of a whole distributor network.

One connection puts your products, prices and stock where distributors across Europe already source, quote and sell.

  • One connection, not one project per distributor
  • As far as your data goes: print pricing, logo previews, print-ready artwork
  • Kept current, so what a distributor quotes is what you sent
A supplier shaking hands with Tronnie, the PromoTron mascot. Around them the supplier's range arrives on the network in three forms: floating product cards for a bottle, a tote bag, a mug and a cap, each with its own code, unit price, in-stock marker and print techniques; the physical branded goods themselves — tote bag, bottle, mug, T-shirt, notebook and pen, all carrying a customer logo; and a glowing PromoTron panel where the same products are listed and ticked off one by one. On the right the range reaches the demand side: a distributor's own webshop, a distributor shop listing, and a quotation with quantities against each product, a total and a Send to client button.

The ecosystem

You connect once. PromoTron standardises the data and keeps it current. Distributors sell from it.

Your products, prices and stock reach us in the format you already keep them in. We structure them and keep them current, so any distributor on the network can add your range without an integration project of their own.

The path

Three steps, in this order.

An integration is what puts your data in the network. A membership is what keeps it alive there, and it is what you are really buying. Campaigns are how you go further once both are in place.

  1. Integration

A one-time fee for the levels you take, covering the work of getting your data in. You choose how deeply it connects — from products, prices and stock up to order automation into your own ERP.

How far your data can go
  2. Membership

Listed across the network with your data kept current, checked and supported. Your tier sets how complex the data can be, how often we refresh it, how closely we check it and how quickly we answer you.

    How membership works
  3. Promo Campaigns

Current is not the same as noticed. Campaigns put your range in front of the distributors already on the platform, and holding a membership is what makes you eligible to buy one.

Membership

What a Membership Decides

The integration puts your data in the network. The membership is what keeps it alive there, and the tier you hold decides four things about how we work together.

  1. How complete your data can be

From ten price lists at Premium to as many as you need at Platinum, with individual customer prices and regional restrictions.

  2. How often we refresh it

Every two weeks at Premium, within 24 hours at Platinum; stock moves from every four hours to every few minutes.

  3. How closely we check it

Manual checking, mapping and enhancement is membership work. We fix what does not map and improve what is thin.

  4. How quickly we answer you

Requests and issues are handled in the order your membership sets, so a problem with your range is not queued behind everything else.

Integration levels

How far your data can go.

Every level adds one thing a distributor can do with your range. Being listed is a starting point; what turns a listing into an order is usually the level above it.

  1. Level 1

    Products, prices and stock

The foundation. Your range becomes sellable digitally — a distributor can add you as a supplier and put your products in their own shop and quotations.

    • Sellable digitally
    • In distributor shops
    • In distributor quotes

  2. Level 2

    Print options and print pricing

A distributor can calculate a price including decoration, online and without asking you. This is where a listing starts turning into an enquiry, which is why it is the level most suppliers should reach.

    • Decoration in the price
    • Calculated online
    • Without asking you
  3. Level 3

    Logo visualisation

The end customer sees their own logo on your product before they commit. Needs the two levels above it, because a preview has to sit on a product with a print position and a price.

    • Logo on your product
    • Seen by the end customer
  4. Level 4

    Web2Print and production artwork

Your print coordinates go onto your product images — print zones, positions and sizes — which is what lets a logo be placed, proofed and output print-ready from your range. Needs the foundation and your print data.

    • Print zones on your images
    • Proofs and print-ready files
    • Pantone and CMYK handled
  5. Level 5

    Order automation (API)

Orders move into your own ERP through an API instead of being retyped from an email. Scoped individually against your system, and it needs only the foundation.

    • Orders into your ERP
    • No retyping by your team
    • Scoped to your system

Each level is a one-time fee, charged per level taken, and a free analysis of your data comes first — what you pay inside a range depends on the state and complexity of what you send us.

Benefits

What changes for your business.

A channel you cannot buy anywhere else

The supply chain is respected, so search and marketplaces are closed to you. The network is the one place distributors are already looking for a product like yours.
  • Met at the moment of sourcing, not remembered later
  • Visible to distributors in several markets at once
  • How far it goes depends on how well your brand is already known there

Pre-press input you can actually use

Distributors who work from your data send back files your production can use, instead of low-resolution rasters your designers rebuild by hand.
  • Standardised input instead of a file per distributor
  • Fewer revision emails before a proof is approved
  • Seasonal peaks absorbed without hiring for them

You connect once, not once per distributor

The integration is done once, with us. Every distributor who adds you afterwards costs you nothing to set up and nothing to maintain.
  • No import, no mapping and no project per partner
  • New distributors add your range on their own
  • Your data stays yours, in the format you keep it in

FAQ

The questions suppliers ask first

Do we have to change our ERP or our webshop?

No. You send your data in the format you already keep it in — a spreadsheet, a CSV or an XML feed — and we structure it on our side. Connecting your ERP directly is a separate level for suppliers who want orders to arrive without being retyped, and it is scoped individually against your own system.

How long does connecting take?

A typical integration runs two to four weeks from the final decision, depending on scope. Products, prices and stock alone are usually one to two weeks. A free analysis of your data comes first and is what establishes the scope, the timeline and where inside a price range you fall.

Is being listed enough to win distributors?

On its own, no, and we would rather say so. A listing does much of the work in markets where distributors already know your brand, and less where it is new. Closing that gap is what Promo Campaigns exist for, and what makes the integration level matter: a distributor who cannot price the decoration or show the logo on the product has less to act on.

What happens if we integrate but do not take a membership?

Your data stops being refreshed from our side, so what reached us on integration day is what distributors keep seeing — old prices, old stock and a range that no longer matches yours. A membership is also the condition for buying a promo campaign, because promoting stale data damages the distributor's experience and the network.

Who owns the data we send?

You do. We structure and distribute it under the terms of your membership, and you decide which levels of it connect. Nothing about connecting to the network requires you to stop selling the way you sell today.

Can we run the platform under our own brand instead?

Yes. White-label solutions put a webshop in front of your own distributors under your brand, with PromoTron technology behind it. It is a different arrangement from being listed in the network, and the two can run alongside each other.

Start with a free analysis of your data

We look at what you already keep and tell you what connecting it would involve. If your integration team would rather start with the specifics, the supplier portal is the technical documentation, written for them.
