TronDesigner Questions

What is TronDesigner?

TronDesigner by PromoTron is a Web2Print layer built for promotional-product suppliers, connecting distributor proofing, approvals and production-ready output. It automates the process from logo upload and product customisation through branded e-proofs to print-ready files.

Will connecting TronDesigner mean a large IT project?

Not necessarily. TronDesigner can run as a standalone hosted application for your internal sales and graphics teams with no integration at all. When you are ready to connect it to your own webshop, ERP or CRM, that runs through a Web Integration Script, a URL call or the REST API.

What if my distributors do not use it?

TronDesigner activates natively inside TronManager and TronShop for distributors who already use them, and can be embedded directly in your own webshop — so distributors design where they already order rather than learning a separate tool.

Can TronDesigner work with products that do not have print data yet?

Yes. Products with complete Web2Print data need the least setup, but TronDesigner also supports products with partial data, products with none at all, and custom products outside the PromoTron catalogue — how much manual configuration is needed depends on what is already available.

What does TronDesigner cost?

Supplier packages start at €710 per month and are sized by how many Print Jobs you create — one product designed in TronDesigner — and how many logo vectorisations you need, with a per-item rate once you pass the monthly allowance. The AI features — mood photos and the rest — are an add-on bought in credits on top of any package. The packages are set out above, including which of them carry API automations, a named consultant and an uptime SLA. Advanced is the largest one with a list price: above its 500 Print Jobs a month you move to Enterprise, which is quoted for your volumes.
